Jeanette Small, PhD

PREPARATION AND INTEGRATIONJeanette is the world’s most sought after Psilocybin Facilitator. Her individualized sessions put the entire focus on your experience and her acculturated, resonant personality and extraordinary results attract an international clientele.
Jeanette grew up across the world before earning her PhD in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology, from Santa Barbara Graduate Institute after completing undergraduate work at UC Santa Barbara. Her decades of experience in providing clinical services in psychology, psychiatry and social services are complemented by her talents as a fine artist. In 2003 she became the world’s first licensed facilitator and opened Lucid Cradle to offer her brand of uncompromising care to those experiencing psilocybin.

BREATHWORK
BODYWORKBrighton leads breath and bodywork for Stable Pathways Group He will help you bring your awareness back to your body, releasing tension and increasing resiliency. He balances observational rigor with a healing touch.
Brighton is a multi-disciplinary bodyworker who teaches people how to use their senses to guide themselves to lasting transformations through powerful massage therapy, movement, and breathwork. He travels throughout the West Coast and Mexico offering his skills and teachings to the wellness industry. Brighton originates from Mount Shasta, California, known globally as the Root Chakra of the Earth and resides in Bend, Oregon, where he owns a private wellness practice.

TRAVEL AND EVENTSMatthew’s responsibility is to ensure your wellbeing throughout your Bend experience. A Bend-area community organizer, entrepreneur and technology consultant, he founded Stable Pathways Group in 2023 as a way to share Bend’s mind-altering potential with the world.
Matthew graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2005 with honors. He has spent more than 15 years working for various influential software companies in the cloud and AI sectors. Matthew specializes in customer relations and the successful delivery of complex projects. After moving to Bend, Oregon over 10 years ago with his family, Matthew has since cultivated a local’s knowledge and trustworthy network. He organizes multiple local community groups including Bend Guys for Good, a philanthropic giving circle donating thousands of dollars per quarter to Central Oregon non-profits.

Aryan Sarparast, M.D.

DRUG INTERACTION SCREENINGDr. Aryan Sarapast, is a world renowned physician and psychedelic psychiatrist. He provides consultation for Stable Pathways Group in our effort to provide clients with safe. evidence-based treatments.
Dr. Sarparast is a board-certified psychiatrist and Assistant Faculty in the Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), specializing in psychedelic psychiatry. He serves as a study physician for 5-MeO-DMT and MDMA trials and is an international speaker for notable organizations including the MIND Foundation and Psilocybin Assisted Therapy Association (PATA). Aryan a leading voice in psychedelic treatments and drug interactions, he provides expert medical guidance to the emerging industry.
In September 2023, Stable Pathways Group and Lucid Cradle hosted the world’s first legal psilocybin retreat in Bend, Oregon.
A discerning client sought a personalized psilocybin retreat desiring a profound therapeutic experience while ensuring their family also enjoyed an unforgettable stay. Stable Pathways Group carefully tailored the details, from accommodations to activities, to meet everyone’s needs.
The four-night retreat provided comprehensive care for the client’s psilocybin journey under the expert guidance of Jeanette Small, while the family explored Bend’s scenic and cultural attractions, coordinated by their dedicated concierge, Matthew Small.
Upon arriving at Redmond Airport (RDM), the family was welcomed with personalized transportation and settled into their comfortable and appointed accommodations. A relaxing family meal of local cuisine set the tone for the retreat.
The following day began with a personalized brunch. The client then spent the day at Lucid Cradle, discussing their intentions and goals with Jeanette and preparing for the psilocybin experience, while the family enjoyed the resort's amenities.
On Administration Day, Jeanette provided dedicated support as the client underwent their psilocybin journey at Lucid Cradle. Meanwhile, the family enjoyed private tours of the High Desert Museum and Smith Rock State Park, ending the day with a relaxing dinner and mind-blowing stargazing.
Integration Day was key for the client, who was supported by Jeanette during a reflective hike in Shevlin Park. The family spent the day at a serene alpine lake, enjoying provided paddleboards and kayaks. The day concluded with the family back together and enjoying time with a private chef-prepared dinner.
On the final day, after a light breakfast, the family checked out and was transported back to the airport.
The client’s transformative journey was expertly facilitated by Jeanette, while the family experienced a culturally rich and comfortable vacation, all seamlessly organized by Stable Pathways Group.
